FlirtOrbit SMS Communication Policy
We are committed to transparent, consent-based SMS communication. This page describes how we collect opt-in consent, what messages we send, and how you can opt out at any time.

🛡️ How Opt-In Consent Is Collected
Users opt in to receive SMS messages from FlirtOrbit by checking the SMS consent checkbox during account creation, phone number verification, or in their account settings. The checkbox is always unchecked by default and only becomes active if the user explicitly checks it.
SMS consent is completely optional and is not required to use FlirtOrbit. Users who do not opt in to SMS will verify their identity via email instead. Each SMS consent type is recorded and stored independently.

The following exact language appears adjacent to the SMS consent checkbox on every applicable form:
Account Verification & Security SMS
"I agree to receive SMS messages from FlirtOrbit for account verification, security alerts, account recovery, and identity confirmation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. FlirtOrbit Privacy Policy: flirtorbit.com/privacy"
SMS consent is not required to use FlirtOrbit. Users without SMS consent will verify via email instead.
Types of Messages Sent
FlirtOrbit sends SMS messages only for account verification and security purposes. All messages require your prior opt-in consent.
Account Verification & OTP Codes
- • SMS verification codes during account creation and phone number verification
- • One-time passwords (OTP) for two-factor authentication (2FA)
- • Account recovery codes if you lose access to your email
- • Identity confirmation for sensitive account actions
Security Alerts
- • Notifications of suspicious account activity or unauthorized login attempts
- • Password change confirmations
- • Security-related account updates
Message frequency: Varies based on your account activity and security needs. Typically 1-3 messages per verification or security event.
No marketing or promotional messages are sent via SMS.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
Your privacy is protected
FlirtOrbit does not share, sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in consent data or mobile phone numbers with third parties, affiliates, or partners. Consent data is used solely by FlirtOrbit for the SMS communications described in this policy.
We only share SMS delivery information with our SMS provider (Twilio) to the extent necessary to send you verification codes and security alerts.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP
Reply "STOP" or "CANCEL" to any SMS message from FlirtOrbit to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
Update Settings
Disable SMS consent in your FlirtOrbit account settings under "Notifications & Communications." Future security events will be sent via email instead.
Contact Support
Email support@flirtorbit.com or contact us through your account to request removal from SMS communications.
Opt-out requests are processed immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
Opt-In Confirmation Message
When you opt in to SMS via signup or phone verification, you will immediately receive the following confirmation message:

You can text any of the following keywords to our SMS number at any time:
